“Let this be a lesson to us all: we’re seeing what happens when an
organization forgets that it exists to serve its members, not the other
way around.” – Dan Roam

6a00d834624bd669e20115714a17c7970c-320wiThe American Kennel Club won’t let Dan Roam name the new family pet “Snowball” because the AKC “has already registered the full allotment of this breed with your requested name.”

Um, what?

Amazing…didn’t know the AKA was such a fascist organization…very cute dog – reminds me of my neighbor’s dog named Spike (and their German Shepherd is named Rose)

The guy wants to join a hoity-toity organization and then get’s upset when they act all hoity-toity? Being snooty about dog breeds is why the AKC exists.
